Peer Review Process

The Journal of Advances in Management and Business Innovation implements a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of all published manuscripts. Every submitted manuscript is evaluated fairly and objectively by qualified reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript’s topic.

Initial Screening

All submissions are first screened by the editorial team to assess:

  • conformity with the journal’s scope and focus,
  • originality and scientific contribution,
  • compliance with author guidelines and ethical standards,
  • plagiarism detection using similarity checking software.

Manuscripts that do not meet the journal requirements may be rejected at this stage without external review.

Double-Blind Peer Review

Manuscripts passing the initial screening are assigned to at least two independent reviewers under a double-blind review system, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:

  • relevance to management and business innovation studies,
  • originality and novelty,
  • methodological rigor,
  • clarity of analysis and discussion,
  • validity of conclusions,
  • quality of references and academic writing.

Editorial Decision

Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief or assigned editor will make one of the following decisions:

  1. Accept Submission
  2. Revisions Required
  3. Resubmit for Review
  4. Decline Submission

Authors receiving revision requests are expected to revise and resubmit their manuscripts within the specified timeframe along with a detailed response to reviewers’ comments.

Final Decision and Publication

The final publication decision is made by the editorial board after the revised manuscript satisfactorily addresses all reviewer and editor comments. Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, proofreading, and publication.

Publication Ethics

The journal is committed to maintaining high standards of publication ethics and follows international ethical guidelines to prevent plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, and other forms of academic misconduct.
